DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Dale R. Neace, 31, of the 24800 block of W Oak Ave., Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving while license suspended, not having insurance, and was arrested on Aug. 24 at Route 12 and Route 120, Lakemoor. His bond was set at $1,500.
  • Paul J. Johnson, 31, of the 27700 block of Forest Garden Road, Unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of driving while license revoked, not having insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested on Aug. 30. His bond was set at $2,000.

BATTERY

Michele A. Dorsey, 64, of the 37400 block of N Cremona Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, and was arrested on Aug. 25. Her bond was set at $1,500, and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 16.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Cesar Rostro, 32, of Round Lake Beach, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested on Aug. 25 in Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was given a court date of Sept. 16.
  • Mario A. Gomez, 29, of Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and was arrested on Aug. 25. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was given a court date of Sept. 9.
  • Susan K. Duese, 50, of Deer Park, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested Aug. 26. Her bond was set at $5,000, and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 24.
  • Malcom S. Ostrenga, 27, of Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested on Aug. 28. His bond was set at $10,000, and his court date is scheduled for Oct. 6.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Junior J. Marillo, 26, of the 2700 block of N Sayre, Chicago, is accused of driving without a license and was arrested on Aug. 25 at Route 12 and Old Rand Road, Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $1,500.
  • Shaquanna N. Garret, 25, of the 37900 block of Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving without a license, and was arrested on Aug. 29 at Beach Road and Wilson Avenue, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500.

PUBLIC INDECENCY

Mauricio Garcia, 24, of the 0-100 block of Palatine, is accused of public indecency, and was arrested on Aug. 26 in the 20800 block of N Rand Road, Deer Park. His bond was set at $1,500, and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 9.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT SUPPORTED PROPERTY

Johnathan Fair, 21, of the 1900 block of N Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of criminal damage to government supported property, and was arrested on Aug. 27 at Lake County Jail. He is being held there on other charges and was assigned a court date of Sept. 22.

WARRANT ARREST: ESCAPE

Keenan C. Washington, 31, of the 300 block of Miami Street, Park Forest, is accused of having a warrant for escape, failure to register as a violent offender against youth, and was arrested on Aug. 27. His bond was set at $200,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 15.

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

  • Ryan J. Diedrich, 21, of the 900 block of River Terrace Drive, Johnsburg, is accused of operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested on Aug. 27 at Pistakee Lake. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.
  • Thomas C. Esposito, 31, of the 3400 block of Harold Circle, Hoffman Estates, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Aug. 29 at Spring Lake (Long Channel). His bond was set at $3,000, and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 14.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Jennifer H. Brown, 30, of the 4200 block of Quail Street, Zion, is accused of aggravated battery, obstructing a peace officer, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested on Aug. 29 in the 9800 block of W Marguerite Lane, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $30,000, and she was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 1.

UNLAWFUL VEHICULAR INVASION

Joseph S. Mata, 42, of the 2600 block of N Greenview Avenue, Chicago, is accused of unlawful vehicular invasion, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested on Aug. 29 at Route 12 and Lake Shore Drive, Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $40,000, and he was assigned a court date of Sept. 2.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Jon E. Thomas, 20, of the 38700 block of N Hilltop Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, not having insurance, and was arrested Aug. 29 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000, and he was given a court date of Oct. 14.
